The tasks of planning holidays is one of the most daunting ones we go through during the year. Oftentimes people end up doing the same as everyone else, or even the same as they did the year before.
Imagine being greeted at the reception with personalized recommendations from the local staff rather than waiting in silence for the check-in to finish.
The goal is not to reduce the number of staff. Instead, we hope to help the existing staff render a more personalized experience, and to enter into the equation at an earlier stage.

By helping guests plan we can also facilitate longer stays, and even going to destinations the guest was even not aware was a good fit.
Accommodation providers also stand to gain from learning more about their guests both in advance of their arrival but also aggregated data since this could lead to a more personalized experience.
We think that LLMs are the future for user interfaces and personalized recommendations.
The past year we have seen a tremendous development in generative AI, in particular with so- called LLMs. They can vastly outperform existing methods for providing chatbots or more generally text generation.
